Extractor application

My kitchen extractor hood does not extract properly, can I install an ECCO?

No. The ECCO extractor is always placed on the external exit. It does not work like an extractor hood placed above a hob or gas cooker. It is used for the external exit, avoiding backdraft and stopping the odours from coming back in when its windy.
