DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Processing the order:
•    Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday within 24 hours following their receipt.
•    Orders received on Friday after 13:00h and over the weekends will be processed the following Monday.
•    The processing of client orders is immediate but dependent upon the existence in stock of the item ordered.  In the event of a temporary lack of stock, and awaiting replacements, we would communicate this to you by email.

TO PLACE THE ORDER:
•    Send signed order form by fax (+34 956 54 78 76) together with fiscal details for billing purposes, and delivery address, if different.
•    Send copy of bank transfer slip by fax (+34 956 54 78 76) indicating the order number, so that we may proceed with delivery of the order.

•    Once the necessary documentation has been received we will proceed with the delivery of your order.  During the processing of the order, the client will be informed of the order status as well as any incidence that may arise.
•    Returns or reimbursements are not permitted with the exception of defective goods.
•    To return goods, the client must contact ECCO on tel +34 956 54 78 75, or by e-mail info@eccoextractores.com.

Form of payment:
•    Cash on delivery: only on mainland Spain and for 24/48h Courier Agency deliveries.  (Cash on delivery charges are not included in the price, and will be payable by the purchaser).  To select this form of payment, contact us on 956 54 78 75 or at info@eccoextractores.com, always indicating the order number.
•    Bank transfer.

Form of Delivery:
•    Courier Agency/Service: door-to-door delivery.  Spain, delivery in 24/48h (provided all items ordered are in stock).

Prices:
•    The prices in this catalogue include IVA.  For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please contact our offices to see delivery costs.
•    Orders over the Internet are considered to be firm.

Delivery Costs:
•    Delivery costs will always be charged to the client.
•    ECCO’s virtual shop automatically calculates the delivery costs on the basis of the cost of the articles, discounts to be applied, delivery address and the form of delivery selected.  The total cost of the order will be shown for your conformity prior to completing the order form together with the rest of the details required for its processing.  For orders of over 10 units please contact us so that we may arrange another type of transportation.

HOW TO RETURN AN UNSOLICITED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
The return of defective products or erroneous deliveries will be be permitted, with ECCO covering the delivery costs provided the client communicates these circumstances.

In the event of damage through transportation, we must be informed at the time of the courier delivery so that an incident file may be opened.  If this does not take place, ECCO will not be responsible for the condition of the product or its replacement.

CLIENT DETAILS.  REGISTRATION, MODIFICATION, SAFETY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY:
At the time of placing an order, your personal details, address, details relating to form of payment, are all incorporated into our database, being used solely to process your order, as well as to send you information about offers and services that may be of interest.  At any time you may modify the details of your client registration (change of address, telephone...).  If you do not wish to receive information you can indicate this in the observations section which appears of the order form underneath your details, by writing the instruction I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE INFORMATION.

All your details will be treated with absolute confidentiality in accordance with our safety and confidentiality guarantee.
